What happens when the bug occurs? Attraction is not calculated correctly
What do you expect to see? Proper code that allows attraction to work properly

The turn on/turn off preference, preferenceItem_Attraction_Characteristics_HighEnergy, has the wrong traits listed in the tuning:

I believe instead these should be the LIKES for these activities, not dislikes? This causes sims who DISLIKE Fitness, Bowling etc to count as High Spirited Sims for the purposes of calculating

attraction, when I believe the opposite is what is most likely intended.
