I went to play a previous legacy family I had started months ago. When I went into the collections tab I noticed that all the collections were completely reset. I know I had completed several collections, but now it shows I haven't collected anything! Very frustrated! Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks
Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

Did you switch families during that time ? Do you still have the items itself or did you sell them ?
Did you move ?
I did switch families, but it was a different saved file.
When I went back to play this particular family all the progress was gone ☹️
I did not save all of my collectibles, only a few that I had displayed. Once I put them into a sims inventory it would register that they found the item, but I had all the plants collected at one point as well as fossils and metals and that progress is completely erased.
Did not move the family either.
