[ARCHIVED] Household Collections get lost on traveling/moving

Why is it when a SIM completes a household collection, the acknowledgement disappears once a travel, move or 'manage worlds' occurs? I have tried to make an 'open world' experience happen by playi...

When the egg hunt event started I moved one of my family members into a different house. I did not change house holds. I do not have any mods. I just have sims4 and Get to work. All my collections reset to being undiscovered. Please help me fix this issue.

Was he the main collector ? Did you sell the collection items or do you still have them ?

Do you have a backup from before the move ?
