I'm being playing with the same Sim called Nick Tarandel since Vampires Pack came out. So he is a vampire.
Tired of playing him for so long yesterday I decided to play with a new family for a week but Nick was still an active family.
When I came back to him after this time all his knowledge about collections was gone.
I just noticed that because he was collecting some plants in garden and the sound for getting new plants were on.
I almost completed all of them but now I have to start all over again.

Using just MC Command Center as mod.
Did you move him to a new house or anything of that kind ? Or just came back after switching families ?
Also MCCC is a HUGE mod and there's no such thing as 'just' MCCC.
Best thing is to remove the mod and try on a backup if the same issue occurs.
