Grim is waaaay too zealous in his job now. For packs designed to encourage sim/animal relationships, this is a HUGE disappointment.
Does EA outsource QA and only give them access to base game + new pack for a day? Sure seems like it. How do gamebreaking bugs slip through?
Between this bug and the CL festival overlapping bug, I can't play several of my families in my rotational save. It's so frustrating.
PS (edit): I double-posted by accident because the first post didn't post (or so I thought).
I have the same issue ... I wasn't evewn playing that household and when I got back to it all my animals were Seniors and about to die.
I'm loosing my mind here!
What's wrong with this game?!

Yeah, I’m a rotational player and have animal aging off. Grim showed up last night to reap one of my chickens (the others are age “one… last… pet…”), my two-rotation-old (so two weeks if they only age while I’m playing them) sheep, and my two-rotation-old goat. They were all young adults last rotation.
I can only assume that not only are they aging despite aging being off, but they’re also aging while I’m not playing them. 🙁 (Do they really have 14 day lives on normal lifespan? Surely not. Are they supposed to age when I’m not playing their household?)
I think this started after I bought Life and Death, but could be wrong.

This is happening to me too - all animals in the save that are not household members are getting killed off and animal aging of not checked. I have even tried MCCC and making Sims Immortal but it keeps happening. I have tested without mods as well. I'm getting tired of this - can you please sort this out EA?
