    @Renfi That save seems to be corrupted once the foal is born.

    Do you have a save from before the horse got pregnant ?

    I'm going to forward your save to EA.

    The only other options I see are:

    1. Delete the pregnant horse through CAS and test if it works with another horse/foal

    2. Play another save for now and see if it gets fixed in the future. 

    The birth pretty much corrupts the entire save game.
