[ARCHIVED] [HR] Save Game corruption after foal was born

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.305.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pregnant horse gave birth, regular game play.
What happens when the bug occurs? My mare goes into labor and gives birth but the foal never shows in the game. A new square on the family members pops up but no face loads in and no foal appears in game.
What do you expect to see? A new foal appears and interacts normally..
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've gone into CAS through the shift-click method and again, no faces load in the family member squares, going back to live mode the game stuck on the loading screen. Trying to exit the game leaves me stuck on the saving game screen. I have repaired the game and no changed.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the bug persists. I tried exciting the game to main menu without saving and going back in, it got stuck on the loading screen.

    I had my mare have a foal nothing showered I play on playstation 5 it tells me my household is full but I don’t even have a square if it wasn’t for me having the witness a foal being born Modlet I thought it cancelled the pregnancy completely

    Did anyone find the cause of this? I’m having the same problem where my foal is born but doesn’t show up in game and it makes my game basically not playable after that. I tried to save the game after the foal is born and it goes on a continual loop trying to save but never does. I’ve had to shut my computer down at least 5 times trying to solve this issue. I do play with mods but I’ve just spent all day updating and deleting any that are old/ outdated so I don’t think hat’s the problem.

    I just had this bug for the first time, but then solved it by chance.  I went to Manage Worlds after the foal was supposedly born, WITHOUT saving my game.  When I hovered over the family's lot, the foal appeared in the portrait.  Went back in to play the family and boom, the foal was there and fully functional.  No idea what logic that follows, but maybe try doing that after the foal is born.  I hope it works for everyone else too.
