@letmeliev It's normal that you can't interact with the counter if there's no vendor.
Could you try a brand new save that never had mod/cc if the vendor appears there ? Did you change anything about the venue ?
What time of the day is it ? I've seen vendors not spawning but that was always after 9 pm

In the original video I shared it was around 3-4pm. Did not change anything about the venue.
In a brand new save with no mods/CC, the vendor appears.
Reloading the same save but with the same mods I've been playing with, and leaving/coming back to Thriftea, the vendor is still there, about 8:30 AM.
I tried reloading my usual save and a vendor appeared this time. I guess it's solved, I just don't know what exactly changed because before, I did remove my mods.
EDIT: The vendor is standing outside in a blizzard.
