Please help me i got the same exact problem where there’s no vendor at the counter i just got the pack and idk how to fix it

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, cats and dog, city living, cottage living, growing together, discover university, Highschool years, parenthood
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the thriftea and theres no boba vendor at the counter
What happens when the bug occurs? Nobody sells boba/drinks
What do you expect to see? I expected to see the vendor and they would sell boba tea
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I just got the highschool year expansion pack just now and when i went to try the thriftea shop the vendor wasnt there but when i went at the fair or where the rides at theres was a vendor at the boba stand but not in the thriftea?i did try to remove my ccs and mods and try a new save and still nothing the vendor wont show up And what are the “events” at the thriftea cuz i heard there are some and what day and time do they start
Wait really? The other festivals are broken as well? I haven’t been going at san myshuno to attend the festivals but i really hope there’s a way to fix this or they should fix this “bug” cuz its really annoying and frustrating😭😭
I'm having the same issue and I feel like it may be related to the events being bugged in discover university too. I get notifications for all of them at the same time (up until the 200 notification limit.)
