[ARCHIVED] [HSY] School daily tasks not appearing for all teens

How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020 (Latest)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All the game packs, kits, stuff packs and expansion packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to high school with two teen sims and look at the live goals UI in the top left corner.
What happens when the bug occurs? One teen sim will have the goal UI (attend class, go to lunch, etc.) while the second sim will have no UI pop up.
What do you expect to see? Both sims to have the high school goals.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes but removed for testing and still occurs.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure
