I just had this happen to me. I followed my 4 teens to school and only one of them has tasks. The other three have nothing. While I'm glad that one has the tasks, it's still strange to see none of the others have tasks as well. I just minimized my game to search for this so I'm going back in to see what happens with this.
I did get an LE, a BE, and one from MC Command Center, but I'm not at all sure if it's for this or for something else altogether, as all three generated within a few seconds of each other.
I'll have to play with just MC Command Center and BE in and see if it still picks up an error. If so, then I'll come back and try to upload the file.
was having the bug as mentioned, that only one followed teen did sch events. noticed that ukwn my sims weren't aging. opened settings, and changed Auto Aging of Played sims, to Current Household Only instead of Off.
now one teen goes to sch, the other is on Holiday. no opt to send her to sch. cannot follow the other to sch, she goes alone. yes both the green button to popup ask to follow.
also, the teen that won't go to sch, she also won't go to aftersch function. i can click Goto Activity the entire time. either via Work page or sim menu. neither is responsive. the order isn't queued into sim directions. her family icon flashes red saying that she is missing work. after hour of activity passes, her productivity fails, and her resposibility fails.
