What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply suntan.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims face in their portrait changes every time they suntan. Their face becomes huge and bloated.
What do you expect to see? My sims face to remain the same.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
It's been two years and I'm still having this problem. They said the issue was resolved but it wasn't.
