It's on all houses...my sims were originally living Willow Creek and when loading ack into the house the twin infants would spawn off lot. I moved them to San Sequoia and the same thing happened which prompted me to report this bug.

No it’s not only twins! It’s happening to me as well with my infant boy

I have this happen with ALL infants regardless of whether it is twins - and it's happening in EVERY save I have - my saves are separated and played separately (I put the save in/take out after use).
it doesn't seem to matter if I have mods in or not - it's happened to my vanilla game as well.
They are always outside blocks away from their home.
PS I've tried babyproofing to no avail.

I live in the apartment in an evergreen harbor, and when Sims come home from the outside, they find babies placed far from the lot

I have had this happen in my game as well. This is happening in Copperdale, with only one infant. Each time I leave the infant at home (with other Sims still at home), she has respawned to one of the furthest away lots, and is also usually in pretty bad shape— multiple negative moodlets, dirty, hungry, overheating from the weather etc. and with immediate notification that I need to feed her before she gets taken away. No mods or cc installed.

Happens for me with single infant on any lot. Adult leaves and when they come back, infant is several blocks away.
- 3 years ago@AmberCloudy If I have more than 1 infant in a household, only the 'oldest' infant winds up on the sidewalk near a neighborhood spawn point. Totally bonkers.

While this happens with twins it also happens when you have one infant and one baby. It’s not always twins.

no, it’s also happening to just one infant as in my case. my family has just one infant.

Don't know if it will help or not but My infants in Oasis Springs, NOT twins, have "disappeared" to the area where sims come and go for that home. In the case stated here, it was specifically in Acquisition Butte - Yuma Heights. Also had it happen with one of my Infants in Sulani at Ohan'ali Town, Lagoon Look. But it was only 1 infant - not all and one of the has 3 infants!

While we all awaiting a resolution, I may have found a workaround. Right before you want to bring your active sim home, click the infant and choose "bring here". Then you can immediately click "M" on the keyboard to load the map for travel (or whichever way is easiest for you), and when the sim arrives home again, they *should* be holding the baby in their arms, just in front of your lot. Think of it as picking up the kid from daycare or a friend's home if that helps your immersion a little!
At any rate, it sure beats jogging blocks away to pick up your baby from God-knows-where. lol. Hope this helps!

That's a great idea. It would absolutely help me, because I'm also dealing with the issue of any sims that remain on the lot not taking care of their needs. And my played sim is usually spent by the time I return. So it takes them forever to get the infant because they're passing out along the way or straight up refusing to go.
