I am not sure if it's correct to include this omission in this post (if not, let me know I'll open a new bug report), but for the Mysterious Mushroom Soup (introduced with CoL) there is only the option to cook one portion, unlike the other mushroom soups.

    I planted several of these different mushrooms and when I went to make the mystery mushroom soup I realized that I could only make one dish, there is no medium or large dish available for the meal.
