Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampire, Parenthood, spa day, kids room stuff, cats & dog's, city living, get together, get to work, perfect patio, holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Relationships cheat isn't working. I make sure testingcheats is on, by clicking shift control C, entering testingcheats true. Then I type in modifyrelationships (first Sims first name) (first Sims last name) (second Sims first name) (second Sims last name) (the value I want the relationship to increase or decrease) LTR_riendship or Romance_Main. I do this without using brackets. Then I hit enter. But the relationship I commanded did not increase or decrease
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing
What do you expect to see? The relationship should increase or decrease
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I don't really know what to say other than the relationship cheats not working I've done everything I've even restarted the program change the name of my Sims and it still doesn't work
