Skill cheats aren't working either
As of the 6/19/18 patch, the Set As Head cheat is now duplicating the item used rather than picking it up. This is a problem as the command can no longer be used for neighborhood clean-up.

Wasn't that change made a long time ago by a different patch? Or are you talking about something similar but different?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Shift-click your selected Sim and use "reset object (debug)".
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim doesn't reset.
What do you expect to see? I want to see the Sim reset in a T-pose like it should.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Since the last update, my Sims don't reset anymore when I try it through shift-clicking them and then selecting "reset object (debug)".

I've had this issue as well. My sim froze when she was about to sit in the swing. I tried resetting her and it wouldn't work.
I know that the skills cheat is currently not working, but whenever I click tend garden , it says there are no plants that need tending but my plants are clearly dying ! This also started happening after the seasons patch. Are the Sim Gurus aware of this defect as well.??

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to buydebug and drop the biggest leaf pile into your game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims can't woohoo in the leafpile you get from buydebug. There is no option.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the woohoo option added to the leaf pile that is in buydebug once it's fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

When dropping the largest leaf pile from buydebug sims can't woohoo in it. There is no option.

There's a few items that don't work properly when bought through buyDebug. Not sure if that will be classified as bug.
