- Oh sorry. Misunderstanding here. I meant. did you have the camera file to delete :D Don't think it's save game related.
I had a folder named VideoCameraStates which had one file named VideoCameraStates.ini
Both have been deleted

Can you check the content of the file ? Should recreate it doesn't recreate in my game.
I put the empty folder back into the game but the game still doesn't react to cheats.

- Did you try resetting the whole Sims folder yet ?
yeah, I even restarted my laptop twice. Still nothing.

- That is weird and I haven't seen any other reports. The other person that reported hasn't come back yet either.
It is known that skill cheats do not work. See this Bug thread.

is it the same as
Sims.remove_all_buffs
stats.set_stat commodity_BecomingVampire 2160
resetSim
sims.fill_all_commodities
even if you click on other sims to fulfilled their needs it doesn't work even on vampires
