" I'm having a similar issue. The male clothes look really odd on female, they look frumpy and off, like they don't fit at all. The breasts look pointy and flat at the same time (as if the smooth of edges is not working, and I play the game with the graphics at ultra), it looks like the female sim is not wearing any bra.
The most weird is that neither outfits, or tops or pant, fit correctly. If the outfits are supposed to work as unisex now, then they should fit.
Haven't tried female clothes on male yet though.

Posted a photo of the issue with a male short on a female, it work to show a image, because I didn't take any pictures.

Edit: I took I look at female clothes on males - some tops and outfits, looks like the male have very small breasts, which in that case he didn't - and also took same pictures, but I don't know how to upload them, without hosting at some site =/ "
I'm gone try to upload the photos I took. I compiled the photos at one, and they are placed first female outfits, and then male outfits, to demonstrate the issue addressed above.
