I think this started with Spa day game pack or the patch just before it. My Sims no longer get a playful moodlet after taking a bubble bath. ☹️
Removing mods (getpopulation and noculling are the only mods that I use) doesn't fix it and no CC installed.
From my testing (only on young adult Sims):
The two tubs below don't offer the Bubbles Moodlet when Sims use the "Take Bubble Bath" interaction
Sims who use the jet tubs:
Don't get the moodlet from the jets but just get the playful moodlet when they "Play in the Jets" or "Take Bubble Bath". They should get both moodlets.
Sims who have the Childish trait don't always get the moodlet when using the "Play in the Bath" or "Play in the Jets" interactions. To have them get the moodlet, I had to make them take a bath twice. The type of tub doesn't matter:
