This pertains to the City Life expansion. At my apartment, 19 Culpepper House, it has the Needs TLC trait. Among the effects is periodically a goo emerging from the vent in the kitchen. This causes my sim to be very tense and unable to do anything (like make food).
However, even after I have my sim clean it up, the effect persists until the lot is reloaded (such as from visiting a different neighborhood and then returning). That is, while I might exit the room for an hour and have the moodlet go away, as soon as I reenter the main space, the moodlet is reapplied (even though there is no goo any more).

Done (though of COURSE as soon as I saved it, it no longer wants to do it :P I did realize when trying to upload this file I had an old mod in the folders, though since it was outdated I didn't think it would be active. Perhaps that had something to do with it.)
If nothing else, I've also made the save show where the landlord tries to clean up the spot, but it's covered, so they just go back to doing something else (perhaps since this gas spot gives "dazed" rather than "disgusted" (or whatnot), she isn't doing the clean->bath->clean->bath behavior, but just clean->something else->clean->etc).- crinrict9 years agoHero+
Thanks
Still pondering that one if I should merge it with the landlord not leaving issue as they could be connected but I'm unsure at this point
