Issue
My sim who has the spice hound trait (sims with this trait are not supposed to have a negative reaction to spicy foods) sometimes gets the moodlet "Spicy Burn" from eating spicy foods such as samosas, as shown in the screenshot.
Steps you took for Issue to occur
Sim eats spicy food.
Where does the bug occur
So far I have only tried this on one save and I have only seen it happen twice on the same sim.

I have never used cc/mods
Expansion Packs/Game Packs/Stuff Packs
Get to Work, City Living, Get Together, and the Holiday Celebration Pack
Occurring since
Update: 03/23/2017 – PC Version 1.28.25.1020 and possibly earlier
Operating system
