Issue
I've noticed that my Sims have been getting the "Curious about Clubs" bored Moodlet even though they aren't in a club currently. I believe the moodlet is suppose to appear when your club hasn't been to a club gathering in a while but my Sim isn't in a club. I've even downloaded sims from the gallery that get this Moodlet even though I never made them join a club before.
Steps you took for Issue to occur
Join a Club and then have your sim leave it, after a few days the "Curious about Clubs" will still appear. It can sometimes happen to sims you download from the Gallery, if the Creator makes the sim join a club and then uploads the sim.
Where does the bug occur ?
This bug has occurred in multiple saves for me and has happened multiple times on different sims

Expansion Packs/Game Packs/Stuff Packs
I own all Expansion/Game/Stuff Packs except for the Bowling Stuff Pack

I think this has been happening for a while but I don't remember when exactly
Operating system
Windows 10 Pro
I've noticed that if a stat (in this case, commodity_Buff_InsiderTrait_CuriousAboutClubs) is ever modified (or locked), it's added to the Sim. If that helps any.
