What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Journey to Batuu, Cats and Dogs, Discover University, Island Living, Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Vampires, Romantic Garden Stuff, and Vintage Glamor Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Journey to Batuu, whenever my First Order sim checks the ID of a resistance member, they fight and then my First Order sim goes to "escort the prisoner"
What happens when the bug occurs? Neither sim moves during the "escort" and the whole game stops (cannot save with escort in progress, cannot change location with escort in progress, testing cheat of reset_sim does not solve the problem when used on either sim, no other actions can be given to the sim at all), but strangely the affected sim will eventually walk away to execute independent whims, but will not allow and actions to be given.
What do you expect to see? I expect my First Order sim to walk the resistance member to the Tie Echlon for arrest then go on to the next command.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? it was only happening after i installed the star wars journey to batuu expansion. This also happened to me before november 10th patch.
Oh yes...i remember running into this issue. I basically had my game sit there for like 10 minutes..i thought it was taking long time to arrest a person..lol. I ended up cancelling it in the end, and finally the person got arrested. I did this without using cheats.It was strange they got arrested after i cancelled the action.
This bug happend before the november 10th patch, so this bug was in previous versions.

CTRL + SHIFT + C > testingcheats > you should get a message saying testingcheats enabled
SHIFT + left click on the sim that is causing the glitch, add them to your family. Then, with your sim selected, remove them from family.
