I just discovered the immediate fix for this:

Do the resetSim cheat for the full name of the Sim you're arresting when it glitches out. You can find their name near the top of your "Relationships - R" panel, since you recently interacted with them.

Then it's all fixed!

@racheyisabean hi! this was the first thing i tried and unfortunately it didn't work for me :/ I've been having a lot of trouble w this pack & even all my sims debugging skills haven't helped :/:/
