@Genevieve4 You chose you get this all the time. So this happens with every child in all families and you can duplicate the issue on a fresh save that never had any mods/cc in ?
There's also this old thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Social-Services-takes-away-my-Child-no-warning-low-grades/td-p/10402563 which is mostly about grades.

@crinrict Hi, thank you for your message.
Since the issue just happened to me, around 10h ago, I haven't tried it on never modded save file, as a child is not just immediately taken away, I guess, it has to be played with for a couple of sim weeks at least.
Since this one is the only child I was actively playing in my save file - I've got him affected. As for other kids - I think I have to play them more to say for sure.
And thank you for the thread pin point, I've checked it.
Unfortunately, I have tried all of those, with grades, needs, moving families and aging. And weirdly enough my sim never had F as a grade, his lowest was C when he aged up to a child with a cake. Then he bumped up a grade to B.
So I'm lost on why is this happening :D
Will try testing it on a new clean from mods save file, but since it was happening before in 2021, I'm thinking it can be a bug that has been worsen with LD update.
In any case, thank you for your feedback.

@Genevieve4 To me it seems it's the same issue with an added layer that the child dies.
Would he good though to test if it's something specific about this child.
@kiwi923 merged your post. Did you also get a neglect message ?
@Gatorbama242 Are you using mods/cc ?
