moving this to the bug forum as it accumulated quite some me toos but to be sure: Did you have mods in when you unlocked it ? Do you maybe have a backup from before you unlocked it so you can test if it happens again if you unlock it with no mods/cc ?

How often does the bug occur?
What is your current game version number?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
What happens when the bug occurs?
What do you expect to see?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
Having a similar issue. The Mark of Good/Evil don't appear in CAS.
However they do appear on my sim when I use the interaction in live mode. Once I enter CAS they turn invisible. When leaving CAS they're back.
