[ARCHIVED] [LD] Undead Cowplant reward doesn't appear in household inventory

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Cozy Bistro and Urban Homage.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase the Undead Cowplant from the aspiration reward store, then check household inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? The notification that the cowplant has been sent will appear, but the cowplant will not be in the household inventory.
What do you expect to see? The cowplant in the household inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

For further clarification, I've tried purchasing it again with mods disabled and still get the same result.
