There are many bugs with the laundry. To be sure, you're not using mods/cc and it's clean the second time ?

Does it generally work for you the second time? I still see occasional glitches where I just have to either delete a bugged pile of laundry that will never get clean or delete and replace the washer or dryer. Although sometimes if I combine the bugged laundry with other laundry before it gets put back in the washer I can get it working again.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try washing clothes in a washing machine or drying them in a dryer. Sometimes, the machines will work as expected and wash/dry the clothes with ONLY one cycle. But sometimes, they may require you to run a second cycle to fully wash or dry the clothes, which is time lost .
What happens when the bug occurs? I have to run a second cycle to have the clothes fully dried/washed, does that to both "Washing Appliances", every single time.
What do you expect to see? One cycle to wash/dry clothes, that's it..

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

hey there! no i haven't personally but..
my friends told me that they had the same issue in-game since a while now..

i think i have this bug since a few years now.. and it has never been fixed...
