So I have a sim who I played since she was born, Blair. Since she was a teenager, she’s been in a relation with Lilith Vatore’s son, Danny. Her and Danny were able to mess around and cuddle in bed as teenagers. Recently they both aged up into young adults so i decided to have them woohoo, except as soon as she goes to initiate it, he says yes, they get excited and then they reset and I get an MCCC error. I’ve tested it with Blair and other sims and it’s successful. I’ve tried to woohoo Danny and other sims and it’s successful. The bed is not the issues, doors are unlocked, romance is full, preferences are set properly, it literally is only these two sims that will not woohoo! Please help. I don’t use any other mods except mccc and this still happens when my mods folder is empty.

Having this issue as well. Attached .rar file. I am having other issues, so they may not all apply.
I also uploaded my family under Broken Romance Issues with sims Bryan Anderson, Abbie Harris, and horse Chrome Anderson.
We had the same issue
you have to install the mod uicheats then delete the romance bar between the two buggy sims
then start filming again until you can wohoo again now it should work

@Kezzzb UI Cheats is mentioned in the thread as a mod you can use to fix the issue.

I noticed this glitch in my game today. What worked for me was completely delete my sims relationship using UI cheats mod and start from scratch. That way they were able to get satisfaction begins pop up and it seemed to fix it.
I'm having the exact same problem and it makes me so mad
