@LiddyLu1990 It might be the same as this: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Issues/Sims-reset-when-trying-to-perform-romantic-interactions/td-p/13920742/jump-to/first-unread-message but since you're on XBox, it's not possible to check for LE to make sure.
