@crinrict Exact same issue - only occurs for me when I age up the couple form when they were together as teens 

I will attach the LE in a Winrar ZIP file as its too long for me to upload here, hope thats okay! 

Is there any known work around for this issue? I guess my sim will have to meet another lover
