Vampires, Werewolves, Snowy Escape, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Get Together, Get to Work, Get Famous, Island Living, Realm of Magic, Cottage Living, Horse Ranch, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Seasons, My First Pet stuff, Vintage Glamour stuff, Free stuff, My Wedding Stories, Parenthood, Growing Together, High School Years and Lovestruck.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two Sims in romantic relationship and with Romantic Explorer aspiration.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game doesn´t register "Have Romantic Patner " Milestone despite Sims being married before Lovestruck, Milestone had registered to other sim but not to his patner for some reason.
What do you expect to see? Game register/recognize romantic patner milestone from Romantic Explorer aspiration.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I don´t think I have anything else to add as nothing else comes to mind. I just hopes this gets fixed if can be fixed.
