What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC - Including those with effected thumbnails [DU] [ECO] [NKSP] [S] [DHD] [SV] [CSWK] [IAK]
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on the main menu and view the items included in the following packs: Some are in BB and some are in the CAS tab on the main menu item previews: - Discover University - Eco lifestyle - Seasons - Dream Home Decorator - Strangerville - Carnival Streetwear Kit - Incheon Arrivals Kit Refer to images:
What happens when the bug occurs? You will notice the icons will be broken with a red X, As noted in image. OR You will notice the facial piercings (DU + ECO) will be missing the sim's face\ OR (DU) You will see 4x of the same item, the keg should show different colors but instead shows 4 of the same.
What do you expect to see? All thumbnails to be working correctly
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
