[ARCHIVED] [NKSP] Action won't queue for Resume/Frog Knitting

I have the same issue. I did a mod test and then when I found it still did it with no mods, I cleared the cache and repaired the game. My sim cannot resume knitting and while he can start a project, he quits it after the first second, so I cannot even get him to build up the skill either (I know I can get him to read books, but I wanted him to knit to up his fun need bc he likes knitting and he's too broke to buy a book)
