Having the same problem in my game. PC, all expansions/packs/etc installed. A couple mods but none that touch knitting. If my sim is interrupted before finishing a knitting project, it's impossible to continue or frog the project. Nothing at all happens when clicking on the options.

      @richvh I noticed that too. Very disappointing. I have the mod to fix this, but I'd rather not have mods to fix broken code, and obviously console users are SoL as per usual.
