[ARCHIVED] NPC sims invade home to drink water (again)

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? Suomi How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%) What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030...

    Sims who would invite themselves over and make themselves a little too welcome have relearned their manners and should now knock.

    With this fix in  Patch 1.103.250/1.84, I'm going to archive this thread.

    If you have any invasion issues still, please create a new thread.

@crinrict Sure! I'll be playing anyway until the new expansion releases in couple of hours so we'll see if the invasion happens again before that

Couldn't reproduce this today (with or without locking doors) and I'm moving my sims to the new neighborhood tomorrow. We'll see if this happens with the new expansion's lots too.

    I just had an NPC wander into my house to appreciate my decór. O.o

    (No Ask To Leave or Send Home)

    Sulani (at least on beach-front property with a sea ladder) and Mt Komorebi seem to be the worst for this. I used to have a lot of problems in Evergreen Harbor, but the few sim weeks I had someone living there after the patch where it was supposed to be fixed, I didn't have any unexpected visitors. I did have Private Dwelling on the lot, and it was one of the apartments, but I don't know if those were factors or if I was just lucky.

      So far Private Dwelling has been helping, except on the Key Point lot in Sulani. People seem to see that one as public space no matter what I do, maybe because it's all by itself on an island.
