Yes, when switching between regular residential lot or any type of lots outside residential rentals, there is no issue. Bus as soon as you loaded a residential rental in the neighborhood, the issue sticks no matter what type of lot you are loading after.

In some way, as all the screenshots from this topic are related to San Myshuno, where you have appartment lots that behaved in the same way as residential rentals (visiting them also caused to have objects stuck in the sky - like plates cups or objects placed in the world, and I think that was also the reason festival items appeared in the sky), this issue is related to objects that were in the sky before the update, but also newly placed items that would appear in the sly normally that now appear on the ground but stuck and unusable.
