I've managed to clear my complete legacy save (almost 10 years old) with Sims 4 Studio. All this garbage seems to be tansferred to the lot inventory of rental and/or apartment lots. It's hidden and you can only see and delete it by clearing the Zone Object Data via Sims 4 Studio.

Ultimately, this solution helps cleaning existing mess, but it won't stop new mess from generating until EA solves this issue 🥲
But that's something good to keep in mind the fix is not retroactive to items that were stuck before the fix if it ever comes (that would be a shame) so that's good to keep somewhere, thanks for sharing 🤗
Is it possible to get the pictures in english? or another one that has done similar to you? I can't really proceed because I can't understand German. ☹️
