Ay, this is a tremendous problem, and it renders huge portions of the game unplayable. I was very disappointed not to see this mentioned in the last laundry list. Y'all in the thread are heroes for posting that Sims4Studio solution, but it's a very tedious process. I've managed to clean up my game, but I pretty much have to use TOOL to delete the whole neighborhood any time I leave a San Myshuno lot.
It looks like it's more likely to affect longterm saves, but I've had flea market items become stuck and unselectable after a single festival. Fortunately, I only have to deal with this in one world - this must be hellish for those with For Rent, and I hope no one purchases it while this bug is around.
