[ARCHIVED] [OR] Sim reset while making Herbalism Potion

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Most recent
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All game expansions, kits, and pack except for the Star Wars expansion, Courtyard Oasis, and Spooky Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have any sim craft any herbal remedy on any stove or grill.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim crafting the remedy will go through the initial animations, then upon finishing the item will T-pose and then drop the item on the ground.
What do you expect to see? This appears to be a missing animation - where the sim would bottle the remedy and place it in their inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I noticed this bug happening shortly before the release of the Eco Living pack, specifically starting just after the patch that was released prior to the pack.

This bug has been going on for months, and makes in impossible for one of my games to be played now. The herbalism skill still gains experience, but the animation is completely broken. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the entirety of my game. I've tried every fix people have suggested. Nothing works.
