This tread makes me excessively anxious, as in the past they corrected some croutch issue from male pants and outfits applied to female body type and they in the process broken the few options we had for males... I hope they think of testing on back on male body frame once they have a fix because I dont want to have the cavaliere pants syndrome once more because of a ''fix''... we have so little options for male in this game...not again! PLS EA... and our full outfits arent fixed yet...
@mildalapeSince Snowy escape we had the majority of the outfits for male broken, and many pants, because they patched it in for those kind of issues, males pants being apply on female body frame... But I know I want to use those pants for my females sims sometime and just dont because of that, but I must say there is lots of alternative for female though... Still kinda weird they dont try to fit it well on both body frame... I do understand though, trend and how to wear a pants is very different from a female and male, as male dont wear it high usually except rare cases of course, so the pant cut are hard to adjust I think... To be honest instead of trying to add everything to both catalogue they should just go back to one specific gender for some kind of pants and outfits and make also some convertable etc... I dont know, I think they do it half job sometime too. But irl, its very difficult ot fit in the other sex clothes, as our body frames are very differents and sizes... I dont put dresses on my dudes in the game, but clearly they dont fit and look very weird, yet I wont complain about it. I just feel anxious knowing they usually dont give a * about male players inputs and give all females inputs much consideration and they will fix it, and hopefully in turns we dont have the few good options in game being broken because of that...
Just had this with base game pants and Jungle Adventure pants and going through it all trying to find nonbroken ones that look good makes me realise just how many are messed up now ahh. For me it looks fine from the front but from the back it's this weird triangular looking line, I dont know how else to describe it but like an inverse buttcrack :d
Having this issue myself. It's not specifically for male Sims, as others have said. It's just specific pants. They look like they're warped inward in the front and look like they're hiding a suspicious package in the back. This has been happening for a while now, at least since Lovestruck hit. It doesn't matter if I have mods installed or what gender or age I'm trying to play as.
