What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Horse ranch, cottage living, discover university, island living, seasons, cats and dogs, get to work, my wedding stories, realm of magic, jungle adventure, parenthood, dine out, spa day, my first pet, spooky.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? All of my photos taken with the camera are turning black. The photos I had on the walls in the sims house all turned black out of nowhere and I can't get them to go back. I put some that weren't black in the sims inventory and then they turned black again. I haven't used any cheat codes. They started to turn black first in the sims inventory, I closed the game multiple times and re-tried only to find that the photos at the sims home on a different lot had all turned black.
What do you expect to see? The photos were taken in live mode, and displayed live action moments of the sims lives. Prior to them turning black it was still framed images taken in live mode used as decor in the sims home.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
