What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I’ve installed Seasons, get to work, university, city living, island living, cottage living, vampires,werewolves, the wedding one and get out to eat one and , the romantic garden stuff. I may have missed some but I don’t think this is the fault of the packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing up until the first baby is an adult, then it will happen. Boom. Childhood memories on the wall gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? This is my favorite game but I’m beyond done. Every single save game I played it goes as follows. Minor bugs throughout that aren’t bad, but then when the first born baby goes to college BAM all childhood photos are black and during the last save I couldn’t even take photos! This wouldn’t be that insane if it were just turning old photos black because I have a gallery where I can upload my old photos to but this is insane!! No new photos! It’s insane that a game that is run by a billion dollar company has these issues! I miss old bugs where my sim would have the wrong hair color! Because at least those bugs are funny! This has happened 3 saves in a row when it used to never happen! Any way I can prevent this from happening or fix my extremely broken game?!?
What do you expect to see? I expect to see normal photos or at least able to take new ones! This shouldn’t be some radical idea! I’m not asking for a perfect game! I just wish I had normal bugs…
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Just curious, when you say "to go college", did you move to another lot with the sim that had the photos in their inventory? Or did this happen without moving lots? Or did you store the photos in a container? In the past I was encountering this problem when I would store the photos in a keepsake box.
I’ve never used the chest.
