I am having an issue where every photo my sim takes is black. I have tried:
New save
Restarting the computer
Repairing the game
Re-installing the game completely
Updating my graphics card drivers
Clearing some cache files in the documents folder
Clearing the EA app cache
I can see that the photos do exist in my screenshots folder, so it appears to be a display issue rather than the photos being missing.
I don't use any mods or cc. I am on a PC using Windows 10 and graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!!
Just wanted to add that the paintings from reference are also having the same issue ☹️ Except they are just all turning out white.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Not sure
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure I just logged in and every picture and painting that my sim ever did has gone blank
What happens when the bug occurs? I can no longer see any photos or painting
What do you expect to see? The paintings and photos I have taken in game to remain
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I logged into my game today and all my pairings have just gone white and my photos black in every lot I have a shop and a gallery and they’ve all gone. My game is just becoming completely unplayable at this point I have so many bugs I could actually cry!
