How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The Sims 4 Cottage Living The Sims 4 Seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take photos, display in a home, exit the game, reload the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? All photos displayed within the home and any photos that were in a sims inventory turned black after reloading the game.
What do you expect to see? The photos I had taken should be properly rendered within the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I am on an X-Box Series and after exiting the game and reloading, all photos I had taken and were either displayed in a home or within a sims inventory turned black. This is my only saved game with photos being displayed so I am unsure if this happened across all saves or just this one. New photos I take do not have this issue. I hope there is a way to get these photos back, there were multiple generations documented within them.
