How often does the bug occur? It just started to happen as soon as I opened my Game... Today.
What is your current game version number? It is up to date with the latest Version/Update.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.

Steps:

How can we find the bug ourselves? Well, it won't be hard to miss. All the Pictures, Paintings & Pets are Black... Like Blacked out... I'm not sure how or why it has happened though...

What happens when the bug occurs? Every single Photo, Painting & Animal is Black... Like a shadow of what once had Colo or Texture...

What do you expect to see? I expect my game to work properly... And for my Animals to look how they did and All my Pictures to be visible 😭 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?

No. I am on Console. There are no mods.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? It was working fine on the 14th and then when I got on today to play, 4 days later, every single one of my Photos/Paintings are Blacked out. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM! Including my ANIMALS in ALL of my households... All textures gone.. WHY??

I don't Not understand what is going on...

Why is this happening? It has been working good for YEARS!! With NO issues that I am aware of.. I do NOT wish to start over I just want my game to go back to normal and to just play my game 😡
