What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion except for rent & Lovestruck, All game packs, All stuff pack except crystal creations Home Chef Hustle, Kits I have are Desert Luxe, Blooming Room Kit, Courtyard Oasis, Incheon arrivals, Bust the Dust & Fashion Street
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? A previous save file that once open it shows paints gone white and all photos in house or personal inventory turned black.
What happens when the bug occurs? All pictures in every single house, sim inventory and paintings have turned black & white respectively.
What do you expect to see? Game is opened I log on and every photo created over the past years gone.

I lost everything all the photos taken over the past year, I tried removing mods and repairing and nothing. All the memories of my sims that had past are gone.
