I'm also having this problem, except all of my plants on my lot will not produce harvestables, despite being in season. They will produce weeds, bugs, and need watering, but never harvestables. My sims also will randomly weed furniture that is nowhere near a plant, but this is a lesser issue to the complete lack of harvestables. I've placed the house in a different lot, traveled away from the lot and back, and even moved the house and sims into a whole new save, and this issue still persists. I've also repaired the game and deleted Origin and Sims 4 cache files. I logged into an older save with a garden, and was able to get the plants to produce harvestables. I have no idea what's going on.

Not sure if my own plant-based issues are connected, but I've moved my currently family several times in the past 2 weeks and strange things have happened. Fully grown, fruiting trees evolved to 'perfect' have regressed to 'normal' just-planted shoots often. And randomly. Not all the trees will do that, and sometimes random trees just devolve even if I haven't moved at all. It's making me a little crazy. :P

I'm having the same issue as well. I'm also having issues with plants randomly going dormant when they should in season. I also have grubs in one of my plants and while I should be able to get rid of them, I can't. It's very annoying.
