[ARCHIVED] Proud Parent: Adoption/Have Baby doesn't tick off

I've also had this problem, I had a child with my girlfriend and married her and moved her in right before the baby was born, had another baby after that, adopted a toddler, and adopted a new born and the have or adopt a baby still hasn't completed, I have the rest of the scenario completed and this is the only thing stopping me.
