How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? nothing, just the basic game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? even after the simplest tasks, trophies do not appear.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing happens with the course of the game, as if the possibility of getting a trophy is not even optional.
What do you expect to see? so that trophies can be obtained in the future and, if possible, after the tasks completed so far.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
